Service terms and privacy notice

Professional Workspace account creation, workspace setup, reusable firm and builder profiles, project shells, and guided drafts are free. When subscription Checkout is available, the Starter plan is $99 per month and includes up to three distinct full analyses in each verified paid billing period. The High Volume plan is $199 per month and has no monthly project-count cap, but every analysis still requires its own project- and plan-specific authorization.

A subscription supports software-assisted preparation by your firm. It does not include routine LSD-prepared project labor and does not make LSD AI Studio the SWPPP preparer. When subscriptions launch, they replace new per-project purchases. Previously paid orders retain their original scope, corrections, recovery, and delivery promise; no subscription is required to recover an existing covered order.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily leaves only the already-paid period available through its scheduled end. Checkout activation, a Checkout success page, and a verified paid period never start analysis by themselves. Mid-period plan changes, trials, promotion codes, and first-project credits are not offered in the initial subscription release.

For many eligible projects with a usable plan set and complete customer-controlled facts, the speed target is a ready-to-review SWPPP in about 30 minutes. Plan quality and required review can affect timing. This is a target, not a fixed completion-time guarantee.

If Stormwater Builder cannot produce an accurate, ready-to-review SWPPP after you provide a usable, internally consistent plan set and all required customer-controlled facts, LSD AI Studio will review the failed output and correction path at no additional charge. If LSD AI Studio confirms that the builder still cannot deliver an accurate SWPPP for that eligible project, LSD AI Studio will refund the monthly subscription charge for that applicable paid period. A paid period can be refunded only once under this promise.

The subscription quality promise excludes unreadable, incomplete, corrupt, contradictory, or materially out-of-scope plan sets; missing or inaccurate customer inputs; withheld signatures or certifications; later project changes; and projects outside the supported permit, jurisdiction, template, or workflow. It does not guarantee agency approval, permit eligibility, construction compliance, or a particular regulatory outcome. Your firm remains responsible for its professional review.

New per-project purchases have ended. The following scope applies only to orders already paid under the original service terms.

The Arkansas SWPPP Builder prepares one project-specific construction stormwater pollution prevention plan from the plan set and information you provide. Normal automatic delivery includes the controlling official Arkansas state-template packet and supporting exhibits in PDF format, plus a separate editable narrative/amendment working-copy DOCX. The DOCX does not reproduce the official state-form pages. Use the paid builder project to edit answers, attach supporting PDF pages to a selected appendix, and regenerate a matching controlling PDF and refreshed DOCX; a PDF exported independently from the DOCX is not the controlling state-template packet.

The $495 service charge covers one project and the exact plan set uploaded for that order, including reasonable corrections and regenerated revisions for that same paid project. Payment is completed after basic intake and plan upload, before private plan analysis begins. It does not cover analysis of an additional project or a materially different or replacement plan set.

The accompanying NOI and recertification worksheets are filing aids. LSD AI Studio does not submit an NOI, recertification, NOT, or other electronic filing for you, and it does not sign as the permittee or responsible official.

You are responsible for supplying the complete, current plan set and accurate permittee, contact, construction, and inspection information. Before using the packet, you must review the project limits, disturbed acreage, drainage path, receiving waters, MS4 information, soils, controls, inspection selections, and every other project-specific fact.

The permittee or operator remains responsible for permit eligibility, signatures, SEEK filings, fees, implementation, inspections, updates, onsite records, and compliance with the applicable permit and local requirements. A prepared SWPPP does not guarantee agency approval or replace project-specific professional or legal advice when that is required.

We’ll personally fix or complete any automatic-generation failure or builder error at no additional charge. If we can’t deliver a usable project packet, the $495 service charge is refunded in full.

Do not pay a second time for the same project; contact us with the Stripe receipt and project name. A materially changed project scope, a replacement plan set issued after delivery, or inaccurate or omitted customer information may require a separate update agreement.

The builder processes the contact and permittee information you enter, project facts, uploaded plan sets and supporting files, generated documents, technical job records, and payment or fulfillment status. Stripe processes card and payment credentials; LSD AI Studio does not receive your full card number.

Professional Workspace requires an account. Accounts remain optional for previously paid per-project orders. For an account, Clerk provides sign-in and account identity services, and reusable company, contact, role-assignment, and inspection defaults are stored in a dedicated Neon database linked to your Clerk user ID. Project plans, project locations, acreage, drainage, receiving waters, soils, dates, signatures, and payment credentials are not stored in that saved profile.

If Professional Workspace is enabled for your account, the workspace stores a separate firm profile and reusable builder or permittee profiles, including contacts, role assignments, inspection defaults, current revision numbers, and immutable profile revision history. Account, workspace, and profile creation are free and do not authorize plan analysis, document generation, or a charge. Existing single-user saved details are not automatically classified or moved into a firm or builder profile.

When optional accounts are available, typed intake answers and same-person selections can be kept temporarily in session storage in the current browser tab so an account sign-in does not erase them. Values already copied from a saved profile into the project intake, such as permittee or contact details, become part of that temporary intake snapshot. This temporary copy is cleared when you reset the form, start another SWPPP, or close the tab. Uploaded plan files are not placed in that browser storage. Beyond values already copied into the intake, the reload check retains only the matching account ID, profile revision, and update time; the full reusable profile is fetched again after authentication.

After payment is verified, browser-based extraction may process parts of the plan set on your device. When private cloud analysis or final generation is used, the plan set and generated artifacts are processed in isolated Google Cloud workloads. The website is hosted through Vercel; payment is handled by Stripe; service email may be delivered through Resend.

Private cloud job inputs, working artifacts, and generated files are automatically scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Object versioning and recoverable soft delete are disabled for the customer-job bucket, so the lifecycle deletion does not begin an additional hidden recovery period.

Legacy single-user saved-profile information is retained until you update or delete it. Where that legacy account manager remains available, deleting the reusable company and contact profile removes its active Neon row. Deleting it does not delete project fulfillment or payment records and does not by itself delete the separate Clerk sign-in identity.

Professional Workspace profiles belong to the workspace rather than the individual member who entered them. Ordinary profile management archives a builder profile instead of hard-deleting its immutable revision history, so prior changes and future project snapshots can remain traceable. An owner may request workspace-profile export or deletion by contacting info@lsdaistudio.com; eligible active data will be removed subject to records reasonably needed for security, disputes, accounting, legal obligations, or artifact traceability. Removing a Clerk identity alone does not automatically delete workspace-owned records.

Small fulfillment, payment-reference, security, and support records may be retained longer when reasonably needed to prevent duplicate fulfillment, recover a paid order, meet accounting obligations, resolve a dispute, or protect the service. Messages sent by email can remain in normal business email records.

You may request deletion of customer-controlled project data by emailing info@lsdaistudio.com. We will remove eligible data from active systems when reasonably possible, subject to the retention windows above and any records that must be kept for payment, legal, security, or accounting purposes.

LSD AI Studio uses restricted job access, private worker execution, signed download access, and payment verification designed to keep one customer from accessing another customer’s files. No internet service can promise absolute security, so do not upload material unrelated to preparing the SWPPP or information that is not needed for the project.

You may not probe, overload, automate abuse of, circumvent payment or access controls for, or use the builder to process a project you are not authorized to submit.
