Design, authority, filing, and field decisions
- Provide the complete, current plan set and identify the controlling revisions.
- Supply and confirm operator, contact, schedule, acreage, construction-status, and project-specific answers the plans cannot establish.
- Retain responsibility for engineering design, calculations, drawings, and any professional certifications.
- Determine permit eligibility and the correct operator or permittee with authority over the work.
- Complete any required SEEK filing, signatures, certifications, fees, and agency responses.
- Implement, inspect, amend, and maintain the SWPPP in the field.

No engineering stamp, permit signature, or agency filing
Stormwater Builder does not create or revise the civil design, certify calculations, decide permit eligibility, sign as the permittee, or submit the NOI through SEEK.
It is not a white-label engineering or filing service. The packet identifies LSD AI Studio as the SWPPP preparer, while the operator and responsible official keep their permit roles.
Concept plans, unresolved design conflicts, or missing project facts can require the project team to supply additional support before final generation.

Permit timing still controls
Use the ARR150000 permit tied to the requested coverage date.
Coverage through October 31, 2026 uses the current construction general permit; coverage from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2031 uses the renewal permit. Large construction sites use the NOI process. Small sites generally receive automatic coverage, but common-plan and project-specific facts still need review.
