Read the current plan set
Analyze the complete civil plan set and separate drainage or stormwater engineering PDFs for supported project, drainage, receiving-water, soils, and control information.
Arkansas construction stormwater · firm workflow
When the civil design is complete but SWPPP document preparation is consuming project time, use the current plan set to build a reviewable ARR150000 packet. Your firm keeps control of the engineering, client decisions, and permit handoff.
Where it fits
The best fit is a project with a complete current civil set and a team that can confirm operator-owned facts. The builder turns those inputs into a structured SWPPP review and packet; it does not replace the engineer, permittee, or responsible official.
Analyze the complete civil plan set and separate drainage or stormwater engineering PDFs for supported project, drainage, receiving-water, soils, and control information.
Separate plan-supported facts from operator decisions, signatures, permit eligibility, and other items that require the project team’s confirmation.
Prepare the controlling Arkansas state-template PDF with supporting exhibits and a separate editable narrative and amendment DOCX companion.
Let the paid project add supporting PDF pages to selected appendices and regenerate a matching controlling PDF and refreshed DOCX.
Fixed-price boundary
The price includes reasonable corrections and regenerated revisions for that same paid project. A second project or a materially different or replacement plan set is outside the order. Payment happens after basic intake and upload, before private plan analysis begins.
Read the complete service terms →Usable-delivery promise
We’ll personally fix or complete any automatic-generation failure or builder error at no additional charge. If we can’t deliver a usable project packet, the $495 service charge is refunded in full.
Your firm or client retains
Not included
Stormwater Builder does not create or revise the civil design, certify calculations, decide permit eligibility, sign as the permittee, or submit the NOI through SEEK.
It is not a white-label engineering or filing service. The packet identifies LSD AI Studio as the SWPPP preparer, while the operator and responsible official keep their permit roles.
Concept plans, unresolved design conflicts, or missing project facts can require the project team to supply additional support before final generation.
Project handoff
Start with the complete current civil plan PDFs and any separate drainage or stormwater report needed to understand the design.
After basic intake and plan upload, the $495 payment unlocks private analysis of that exact plan set.
A project representative checks plan-derived findings and answers the operator-owned questions the plans cannot decide.
Receive the controlling PDF and editable companion, then keep the permittee’s filing, signatures, implementation, and recordkeeping in your established workflow.
Permit timing still controls
Coverage through October 31, 2026 uses the current construction general permit; coverage from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2031 uses the renewal permit. Large construction sites use the NOI process. Small sites generally receive automatic coverage, but common-plan and project-specific facts still need review.
Ready plan set
Questions about fit or scope can go to LSD AI Studio before payment. A contact conversation does not expand the fixed-price order or transfer the firm’s permit responsibilities.
This page is an operational service description, not a permit, legal opinion, engineering service, or determination of eligibility. Confirm the permit and filing requirements in effect for the project with Arkansas DEQ.
